Ryan saved the day when our AC was not turning on. After a rough incident the night before where a different technician came out, left us without AC, Ryan was there first thing to make sure everything was working as intended! After a rollercoaster of service, Ryan made sure that all was taken care of!
Michael was great. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue. Had my air up and running in no time. For that I’m thankful, as it’s starting to heat up in Texas. I also appreciate that he was able to come out on a Saturday. The downside is that everything is so expensive with this company
Zak, my service technician, was nice and took care to try to explain and make sure I understood the issue and what was needed to resolve it. I also appreciate how quickly someone was scheduled to come out and the respect shown for my time through communication of expected arrival time.
I was able to get the tune up service at a promotional discount of $50, instead of $200. I was happy with that price, but it’s only temporary. The regular price of $200 seems a bit steep, especially since the service is supposed to be conducted twice a year. To reduce my annual tune up cost, I signed up for the $20 monthly membership so I can have my HVAC serviced for “free” twice a year. I still come out cheaper. However, I don’t like having to pay for a subscription, and I feel the regular price, without subscription or promotion, is too expensive.
I have had my new system for 2 years now.after a factory malfunction i have had nothing but good to say about this company.allthough i thought it was on the higher price i know i dont have to deal with lower price warrant. I rest easy knowing this company will be there when i call. I did have a problem this past summer and it was july 4. System was not cooling. I call just knowing i was going to get some kind of line but to my suprize they sent a man out told me there was a leak they charged the system so i would be cool . Next morning they arrived with the part had it up and running in a short time. These people are no1 from the first girl i talked to to the one that approved the fix the tech that came all the way back to the girl that called me back to make sure i was cool for the night.
The service gentleman was very business-like and discussed the procedure which he was following to check my heating system. He was customer service oriented.

for this job, I did an evaluation. System was blowing air, but not cooling. Homeowner mentioned system would come on and off. Drain was backed up and tripping The water safety. Confirmed system would come on normally and cool when safety switch was not engaged. Offered a drain clear, and homeowner accepted. System cooling when I left.
Pricing on this estimate is to install a new toilet handle on the master toilet. The existing handle has completely corroded away. The handle needs to be replaced.

7/26/25 Today I looked at both heating and cooling. Both sides test in tolerance. The filter is clean and condensor is washed. Thr td 20. Today she is starting a membership and adding an easy start that will be added later when parts arrive.
7-8 Today we showed up for a plumbing estimate. The homeowner had the kitchen line rerouted outside the main foundation, as a mower was going to backyard they hit the fittings connecting the pipes together and broke them. Along with that the line is actually clogged up so we would need to run a sewer machine, and a camera after. We would need to buy new fittings and reconnect the pipe from the wall to the ground. We are returning tomorrow first thing in the morning. 7-9 today we showed back up for the kitchen drain line repair. you drain line was also backed up, and we Randy sewer machines about a hundred foot and cleared the clog.m we redid the PVC outside the main foundation, connect to the drain lines back together. We ran the camera after to check and make sure that there was no room for anything in the way. We filled up the kitchen sink five times and drain and drained as it should. Today I showed up for an evaluation upon arrival the system was not running due to a tripped wet switch the wet switch was tripped due to a clog in the house plumbing underneath the AC unit homeowner opted to run a snake through the drain line to clear the clog afterwards I tried resetting the wet switch but it was waterlogged even after using a blow dryer for 15 minutes or so I couldn't get it to reset so we ended up replacing the wet switch as well now the unit is up and running thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Customer had air blowing but no cold air. Outdoor. Unit was not running and measured no low voltage. 3amp fuse was popped. Ho # 8174873419 coming back tomorrow morning. Installed fuse, explained repairs, system operating at departure. Completed at 9:15 am
Came out to inspect system, upon arrival I could not immediately find culprit. Immediately thought it was leaked and sat for an hour about a leaked coil and thought about bringing out a comfort advisor All said and done I went to take off gauges and turns out there was refrigerant after all checked for compressor to see if it was even running and no it wasn't I changed capacitor and it worked! I have completed my electrical tune-up and found that the three of his lights had internal damage and needed to be replaced, that was something he wanted to do on his own but the panel although a little old looked great tight connections and gfci's were present

Today I ran a super tuneup on the system. No apparent abnormalities were noted during the tuneup on any of the electrical components that are covered within the PNL warranty. Did note that there was algae growth on the pan under the evaporator coil, recommended a pan strip as preventative and treatment. Homeowner opted to just occasionally pour bleach and water down primary drain line. Noted a broken water Spicket by the condenser outside. Offered to send a plumber out for a free inspection, homeowner declined and stated they have gotten a quote before and it was too expensive.
